At this present time, Grand Band only ships to the United States and its U.S. territories. For all other countries, please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 624-5448 or by email: info@TheGrandBand.com. All orders will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders. Daily shipping cut-off will be 4:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.

We are proud to use USPS for all flat rate services and Fed Ex for all express services. Please contact the proper shipping service with your tracking number if you have questions concerning delivery. All packages should arrive within 5 to 8 business days (this excludes holidays and weekends). You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. Shipping charges are not fixed and are subject to change without prior notice. Fluctuations in fuel costs or other factors beyond our control may require price adjustments.

For your security, high value orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers. Customers will also be charged a fee of $10 to reship their package if an error was made to the shipping address at checkout.

All personalized items will ship 1-4 days from receipt of order.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

Packages that were returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. All exchanges and returns will incur a shipping charge to the customer.
