GUARANTEE
We offer a life time guarantee on our Grand Band plaques. At time of purchase with our Gift Sleeve Box, we provide 2 additional replacement bands. Each band has a limited life span of approximately one year with normal wear and tear usage. Replacement bands can be purchased at www.theGrandBand.com.
The Grand Band Products are inspected to ensure that they are free of manufacturing errors or defects. However, if a problem occurs with this product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Grand Band will, at its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, and exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents and acids.
